Minibinis currently does not offer a refund policy
All items can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase
You will not be charged delivery fees if the fault is from our end like the wrong size or the item is faulty
However you will be charged delivery fees if you wish to exchange an item because you no longer want it and you want something else
